How it Works

Setup & Breakdown

 We will set everything up on the day of the event or night before depending on availability. 
The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the

time when we arrive.  We will not be responsible for moving furniture.

Our slumber party tents are for indoor use only. Open Sky Picnic setups are indoor / outdoor.

Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition

it was received and it will be picked up as soon as the event ends.

Contract and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to book an event. The deposit secures the date and time. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. Terms and conditions are found within the contract. The balance is due on the date of the event.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund. 

Service Area and Transportation Fee

We are based out of North Canton, Ohio and serve most towns within 15 miles. There is a transportation fee depending on the town. We can travel outside of our service area for an additional fee.
